In 2016, we transformed our house, where we spent our childhood and collected our memories for about 25 years, first into a restaurant and then into a boutique hotel with a capacity of 8 rooms.
While transforming this project, which we started as two brothers, from a residence to a hotel and a restaurant, we wanted Villa Polonez not to lose its home-warming atmosphere, and for our guests to experience the comfort that will make them feel at home. While doing all this, architecture, which is my main profession, contributed greatly to our business.
Along with all these, we have developed our cuisine to a high degree and received our Special Facility Certificate from the Ministry of Culture in 2019, and we have joined the few facilities in Istanbul. We continue our journey with brand new innovations.
